Before submitting a complaint

Confirm that you own the copyrighted work or are authorized to act for the owner. If you are unsure whether the material is infringing, consider obtaining legal advice.

Required information

• Your name, contact details, and authority to act.
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The exact URL or description of the material in question.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the notice is accurate, signed physically or electronically.

Review process

Valid notices will be reviewed for accuracy and completeness. We may remove or restrict access to material and, where appropriate, notify the affected party.
